Ranked Match Stories part 2:

so i’m fighting this abel player
it’s a rematch and i’m pretty sure he won the first one
we’re playing, and he pretty much dominates the first round
but then i come back in the second round with some ridiculous cody mix-up shenanigans
we’re pretty even in round three, and we wind up full screen away from each other, both with about 5% health left
so i just start chucking rocks
and he avoids them for a while
but then he badly mistimes a forward jump and eats EX rocks
and then he jumps forward again and eats another EX rocks
and that kills him
so i win
so while I was looking for a new match and thinking about how it was a respectable pair of games and I was happy with the win
i get a message from him
and it reads “if you cant beat em lame em eh?”

you could’ve gone for a roll and then EX windmill kick
like, you could’ve done literally anything other than two forward jumps
and I lamed you out?
